This is the agreement for using our site and buying from us. Use the site lawfully, don't misuse our content, and know that products, prices, and availability can change. The full terms are below.

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pets, Obviously website and store (the "Services"), operated by Pets, Obviously. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. Using the Services

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to buy from us, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.

3. Products, pricing & availability

We work hard to show products and prices accurately, but colors may vary by screen and details can change. We may update prices, limit quantities, or discontinue items at any time. Limited-edition items are made in small quantities and may sell out.

4. Orders

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you.

5. Payment

You agree to provide current, accurate payment and contact information. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and returns are covered in our **Shipping Policy** and **Refund & Return Policy**, which form part of these Terms.

7. Our content

The Pets, Obviously name, logo, designs, text, and images are ours (or used with permission) and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or use them without our written permission.

8. Your content

If you send us stories, photos, reviews, or other content — for example, for our Personnel Files or community features — you confirm it's yours to share and you give us permission to use, display, and share it in connection with the brand. We only feature content you've consented to, and you can ask us to remove it anytime. Please don't submit anything unlawful or that isn't yours.

9. "As is" & limitation of liability

The Services and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pets, Obviously isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims or costs that arise from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above.
