Most items are made to order, so give us about 1–2 weeks to make yours before it ships. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way. Rates are shown at checkout.

Made to order

Most Pets, Obviously items are made just for you after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse. That means a little more wait, and a lot less waste. Please allow 7-10 days for us to produce your order before it ships.

Transit time

Once it ships, delivery usually takes another few business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Plan for roughly 1-2 weeks total from order to doorstep.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. More destinations are on the way — if you're outside the US and want in, email hello@petsobviously.com.

Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Drops & busy seasons

Limited-edition drops and holidays can affect timing. If anything will take longer than expected, we'll let you know.

Wrong address, lost, or damaged

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@petsobviousl.com and we'll make it right.
